“Acceptable”
Very uncomfortable. At night the staff were very noisy. Some were playing games with the sound turned up very loud. Someone else was playing music. It was around 1 AM. So I couldn't sleep and couldn't rest peacefully.

“Económico pero imposible descansar”
Liked: Lo mejor es que la cama es muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado y el ventilador funcionan muy bien, y es de lo más barato de Penang. Buena ubicación.
Disliked: No funciona como un hotel: hay que subir un segundo piso sin ascensor y te obligan a descalzarte en la entrada para andar por todo el recinto (no se avisó previamente en ningún lado). Las instalaciones son muy pequeñas, especialmente el lavabo, donde es imposible ni lavarse la cara. Además, el personal vive en la misma planta y las puertas no están selladas por lo que llega el olor a cocina y se escucha absolutamente todo. Lo peor es el ruido nocturno, el personal se pasa la noche hablando a gritos y corriendo por el pasillo hasta las 5 de la mañana, impidiendo dormir. Si buscas precio y te da igual no descansar, este es tu sitio. Si quieres dormir y buscas un hotel real, descártalo por completo.

“Everytime Demands Extra Money”
The hotel is not suitable for family because the have very limited facilities, and the overall hotel is not preferable. Additionally, the staff demands extra money for every small things such as iron (RM10).

“Excellent stay with great value”
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, while the staff were friendly and attentive were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort, complemented by spotless cleanliness. Overall, this place offered great value for money, making it a highly recommended option.

“Very basic untrustworthy staff”
The room we stayed was very basic, no refrigerator, no amenities at all. Very simple and basic room worth the budget. The only issue was untrustworthy annoying staff. In last day when we check out, the staff seemed not to give deposit back to us until we do not speak of it.

The hotel was a mess.. I’d already paid but it felt pointless because the place didn’t seem up to standard, so in the end I moved to another hotel.
