The water heater kept going out, the front desk staff were unfriendly and very hard to reach, I asked the front desk for a glass to drink when I got back and was told none were available, they wouldn't refund in a force majeure situation, the faucet constantly made noise because it was broken, there was no initiative to clean the room — I had to ask before it was cleaned, the shower didn't drain properly so the water didn't flow well as if it were clogged, and the price didn't match the facilities.

Friendly staff, small fridge, smart TV, pantry, rooftop, dapat kamar pas di depan pool. Cuma air AC netes.

Spent few nights here for personal office matters, place is close to MRT station, nearby to coffee shops and food stall merchants. Staff is really helpful moving around my stuffs since I extended few days and had to move to different rooms. Facilities-wise it is almost complete though the building is a bit old, and would recommend for monthly kos-kosan if I were to work near the MRT line or SCBD area.

Located inside CBD, very convenient. Clean room. Every morning will have different breakfast. The only issue is certain room do not have mobile network. Wifi sometimes will slow down.
