“It is cost-effective.”
Goreme is such a small town that the location doesn't really need to be mentioned. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are generally friendly. Fast check-in is not possible, and there is no shower. It's a Turkish-style shower facility where you fill a basin with water and pour it over yourself, similar to a public bath. Many people have written reviews saying they could see hot air balloons from the hotel, but this hotel does not have a rooftop. However, you can see the balloons from the area used as a restaurant, but they are really far away. To get a good view of the hot air balloons, it's better to go outside about 15 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel facilities.

“DO NOT stay here as long as same unhappy owner/worker is there!”
The owner/worker there is unfortunately a very miserable/unhappy person and he’s taking it out on guests! He always made you feel unwelcome and bothered but the staff work at night is contrary a kind person. The owner made up lies and excuses so that you can’t spend time there in the common space unless you spend additional services there! Excuses such as: hotel do not allow for guest to wait on the premise for ride to airport after checkout at 11:00AM??? Since when this is the rule of any hotels especially in a tourist spot like Goreme? Here’s another lie: He stopped me while walking into the hotel and said I can’t consume my own drink at the common space since the hotel does not have a license to sell drink??? Since when that was the law? He seems like a miserable Muslim and extremely unhappy person and because of people like him, a group of us feel unwelcome and he left a very bad taste in our mouth and will never come back to Goreme and that’s sad…

“It's a comfortable hotel.”
The warm shower relieved the fatigue from our trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of a hot air balloon rising into the sky from the breakfast area (two photos) was indeed a spectacular sight, living up to its reputation, and I was very satisfied. During our stay, the hot air balloon flight we had reserved was canceled, and I was troubled by the inability to find an alternative. When I consulted Ahmet, he responded immediately and I was able to safely take the first flight in a hot air balloon. The next morning, he checked how it went, and I appreciated that thoughtfulness. Even when the airport transfer vehicle was delayed, and I was anxious, he reassured me by saying, "If it doesn't come by this time, I will arrange for a taxi," which made me feel very supported. In addition to the wonderful scenery and breakfast, I was impressed by Ahmet's prompt and courteous response. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The host was very helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet is good with nice view, shuttle pickups on time as well for arrival were a delight l.

“Bad experience”
Even though the room has everything we needed (wifi, hot shower, silence) and the breakfast was nice, we didn't have a good time in this hotel. The staff was very bad. We never felt welcomed. The guy who seems to be the owner made us feel he didn't like us, very bad energy. The only reason we didn't left was because we couldn't cancel the reservation in Agoda, so we were going to loose money. You can find a better place than this one

“Rude staff”
The worst thing a tired and weary traveller, who has just arrived after a long journey without proper sleep, wants to hear from hotel staff is that he is “making a big problem” by waking them up and asking too many questions. What made the experience even worse was being told to leave the reception area at 5 AM because I couldn’t stay in the lobby while waiting until the 2 PM check-in time. I found the staff’s attitude extremely rude and unwelcoming. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was exceptionally bad, and I felt compelled to share it. If you’re considering staying here, trust me—you’re better off trying another hostel. And one more thing: the dormitory beds squeak… A LOT!

“Central and with great aircon”
Very clean, nice semi-traditional hotel, with great decor and (more importantly in August) excellent aircon. Breakfast was okay, decent selection of different foods though more water/coffee would have been appreciated. Only not great thing was the wifi, it worked sporadically and tbh I juts used my eSIM.
