Liked: Staff at the counter were nice

Disliked: I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this hotel is definitely NOT a five star hotel as rated on booking.com??? Was moved to three rooms because. No hot water in all three rooms and was told this was normal, all three rooms the tv had a very bad picture like a snow storm. One room the front door would not lock and was able to open even when deadlocked from the inside? Walls were dirty, bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, toilets were very old and dirty, vanity was cracked, blinds broken and very noisy all night with doors banging loudly. It was such a bad experience I was thinking to go and sleep in my car! Breakfast was very poor, cold eggs and only three other choices that didn't tast good, coffee was good because I didn't get any sleep. Please change the star rating to two stars? Not happy 😒

First, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the 2nd floor. When I turned on the sink tap to check the water pressure, black water came out and I was really shocked, and the toilet also had very black water. The water purification system is a mess. Even for a cheap hotel, I’ve never seen one this terrible.

Overall very good. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I really loved the bed — very large and comfortable. Highly recommended; you won’t be disappointed.

No announcement on agoda that the swimming pool is closed. Severe mold in the bathroom

We only spend few days here but it was good. The rooms are aging a bit, we had to change the room because the aircon could not work and some plugs did not either. But the pool was cool, breakfast was okay and staff was really nice!

Stayed on September 25th for 2 nights (checked in 25–26, checked out 27) for the Pattaya Marathon 2026. Parking was insufficient during the busy festival period, which is understandable. We stayed on the 6th floor of Building B — the room was quite old and smelled very musty. On the first night I had booked two rooms; my friend was in the other room and their light wouldn’t turn on. We informed staff but no maintenance came to fix it. They didn’t replace it either. On the second day I booked an additional room for my parents who were arriving later. I checked in early and received the key card, but the room hadn’t been cleaned — blankets were scattered and messy. How can a room that hasn’t been cleaned be given to a guest to check into? Two nights cost just over 600 baht. Some might say that’s cheap for this level of service, but I don’t agree — you can find cheaper places with better service. I only booked because I was worried I wouldn’t find a place at the last minute. This review is honest. Also, I just learned the rooftop of the other building had a fire back in May.
