“Pictures on Agoda is misleading”

Misleading Photos and Disappointing Cleanliness We booked this hotel expecting a pleasant stay based on the photos displayed on Agoda, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The lift was an eyesore, and the dirty carpets were immediately noticeable as we entered. The room itself did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. The bathroom floor had black stains, and my parents’ room had a bathtub that was dirty and slippery, raising serious concerns about hygiene and safety. This has been one of my worst hotel experiences so far. What makes it even more disappointing is that a budget hotel like Swiss Heritage offered much better cleanliness than this property. The condition of the hotel did not reflect what we expected from the photos advertised on Agoda. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Guests deserve accommodation that accurately reflects its online presentation.

Hotel selesa luas, cuma sbb hotel lama di buka jadi barang pun lama, ada kesan2 habuk melekat kat almari, tapii serious sya ckp, hotel ni berbaloi, sebelah sungai. Jalan mlm2 best, parking ada bawah bangunan, kedai makan dekat.

location good and the staffs are friendly. But the hotel itself was too old, the facilities were very bad, shower heater no hot water, the air conditioning was not cold, the toilet was spoiled made a huge noise after flashed etc.

“Not a good place to stay”

1. Bilik tak properly kena maintain. Sangat2 berhabuk (lantai bilik carpet and macam tak kena vacuum berhabuk, only katil yang nampak kemas tapi bantal sangat busuk. 2. Toilet sangat tak seleasa 3. Faham jika ia adalah hotel budget tetapi kebersihan sangat teruk, 0/10. 4. Not expecting much because its a old hotel but really2 not recommended even only for one night stay. Book untuk ke kenduri kawan tapi tak dapat tidur properly sebab badan gatal sebabkan katil and bantal.
