Disliked: Upon arrival there were additional fees that were assessed that were not disclosed online. Specifically a $25 fee if the online rate was under $50.

“Bad place/staff”

After booking the room online, I arrived at the motel and I was told I had to pay an additional $20. I asked if I would get it back, the answer was NO. It is an additional room fee. I asked for a receipt but was told they don't have receipts. When I told agoda, they did nothing. So just another scammer motel. The rooms were very dirty and cockroaches everywhere. Worst motel I've stayed at on San Antonio. The first room the TV was broken. The shower didn't work and the toilet seat were completely worn out.

You will be charged a reservation fee. Rooms are big but old and worn out. Staff is rude. Very dirty place. It is being "remodeled" so I suppose it looks better than it had before.

“Terrible”

They charge a 25$ online booking fee when you get there. Owner is rude. Roaches in room. Honestly not worth more 10$ a night. Stay away.

I paid in full online and he charged me $40 more at check in I used my last in a uber so he left us outside When I did end up getting it I knocked as he asked me to and yelled at me through the monitor To leave him alone and let him sleep I had no more cash no place for me or my kids plus 2 disabled ladies I take care of!!
