Super 8 By Wyndham Austin University/Downtown Area

Liked: Nithing

Disliked: Everything

Liked: Only like 3 or 4 miles from sixth Street

Disliked: Strong odor of mold. AC had a horrible smell. Bathroom was humid with obvious mold on the ceiling… shower wouldn’t completely turn off so you could hear the dripping… TV and remote were not synce…left at 4 AM. I just couldn’t breathe in there anymore.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The hair dryer was broken, TV with no remote, chair broken, bed very dirty, bed covers with burned holes, bathroom dirty too many homeless people in the parking lot

Liked: It was a convenient location.

Disliked: I needed to wipe the table between the beds because it a was sticky. The hotel advertises a hot tub, but they do not have one. They have a spa - when I asked what "spa" meant, I did not get a reply.

Liked: Location was perfect for my needs, close to major interstate.

Disliked: It didn’t give off safe vibes, it could definitely have been cleaner, no ice at the breakfast bar which was very odd. Seems the exterminator just left and the room I was given first had not been checked before renting it out. The room still smelled of chemicals and had dead things all over the place. I took pictures for the front desk to see. Front desk did get me a different room. I had cleaning concerns with the seasons room, but at that point I just went to sleep and left really early.

Liked: This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed (attaching photos). It is obvious they don't clean properly or update rooms. There were crickets and some creepy red bug. The most disturbing is the fact there wasn't a smoke detector in our room! Even though this was a non smoking establishment there was someone smoking cannabis several doors down from us. You could smell it when you walked by. There was alot of traffic noise road and homeless outside. We chose the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Needless to say vey little sleep was had. No coffee maker in the room and was told no coffee until 6 am. We had to leave at 3 am to catch our flight.

Disliked: The disgusting room and false pictures on there website.

Liked: Cleaner than other similarly priced lodgings.

Disliked: The location isn't the best but certainly not the worst.

This stuff sucks ass!!!!
