Super 8 By Wyndham Bridgeview/Chicago Area

Liked: Clean and quit

Liked: Really almost nothing

Disliked: Liking a little bit smelly

Liked: The area was nice and the staff as well. It was a little noisy during the day,due to maintenance of a room on my floor. Other than that I was pleased, was there for four days and the price was ok with me. My second time staying there and I will visit again 😊

Liked: The front desk attendant was ill-tempered and unwelcoming, with a sour expression and barely any attention paid to us. He told us only that this was the last available room and that there was no key, and he couldn't explain why. The door lock wasn't working properly either, so we felt uneasy about sleeping there, but we had nowhere else to go. Information: He also told us nothing about breakfast hours or anything else about the hotel.

Disliked: Staff behavior: While we were still standing at the desk, he answered a phone call from a Hispanic woman. He was neither pleasant nor polite, told her there were no more rooms available, and hung up on her. The room: It was small and had no soap or any amenities at all. We were given only two towels, even though our reservation was for three guests.

Liked: Clean, breakfast

Disliked: Navigate the tv, prices for the snacks downstairs

Liked: Good parking

Disliked: Dirty, shower didn’t drain, old tv

Liked: Dirty

Disliked: The place is an overpriced dump. If I had paid ---- dollars to stay one night here, it still would’ve been too much, let alone the --- dollars I spent. Either update your hotel to match the price you’re charging or reduce the price to match the value.
