Disliked: There was fences on the wall in the bathroom. There was a child above us stomping and running at 11pm, when front desk was notified we were told there’s no children above you but it stopped shortly after. There was a strong odor in hall

“Decent stay”
Location is 18 to 20 mins from ORD; they’ve mentioned airport shuttle but it’s not 24-7 & I came to know this after booking. So it starts 7 pm and morning they just have 3 slots ( 4 am - 6 am and last shuttle at 7 am). I had to uber for my return journey. Also they’ve mentioned breakfast, but it’s just coffee and cornflakes and cake. As good as no breakfast. My room was clean and tidy & so were the toileterries. The lady during check in was sweet.

“Umm, it’s okay…”
Liked: The good: along a main bus route to the airport. Also there was a room fridge and microwave, a desk, hair dryer, the right amount of blankets for the season, and a large smart TV. Also, free on-site parking.
Disliked: As many other guests pointed out, the TV remote is not compatible with the smart TV, so said TV is useless. Upon checkout, besides the remote issue, I also pointed out to the desk clerk that the toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom door was so thick with paint that it couldn’t be closed. The continental breakfast was very limited, with no fresh food offered. (Luckily, a large supermarket, Tony’s, was right across the street.) In general, the property itself is in need of updating and renovation; it was pretty tired.

“Extremely uncomfortable and unsafe!!. Relieved to be gone.”
Liked: Absolutely nothing! I was extremely tired and was so disappointed upon arrival to see what this place ACTUALLY looked like.
Disliked: This place was HORRIBLE! It's more like a transient motel with tons of people, pets, noise, construction, people hanging out in the hallways, and it was FILTHY!!!

“Not a nice experience. this hotel needs a lot of improvement.”

Disliked: Non polite staff at reception. Pathetic breakfast options. ( they could have charged more from us to get something nice eaten in the morning)

“The worst experience in my life at a motel or hotel”
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was not clean. It’s stunk people are fighting people threatening to kill their selves in the hallways sound like a herd of children next-door to me my bathroom wall had blood splatter on it. The toilet paper holder was not on the wall. There was a hole in the wall when you come in the door and behind the door, there was a pair of socks on top of the lamp. There is dirt on the floor in the corners, the water was backing up in the shower and I have pictures and video of all of this. The state wasn’t even worth my money that I spent. I left a day early because of how nasty it was there the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. They kept wanting to come into my room. I’m a very private person don’t like that they didn’t have any tags to put on your door do not disturb staff would just go into your room unannounced.
