Super 8 By Wyndham Toronto East On

Recommend the hotel to stay. Breakfast needs to be improved. Otherwise facilities match with price.

Liked: The room was clean but too old; renovations were needed. The breakfast was fair. There is no elevator, so it's not recommended for the elderly.

Liked: The second time we stayed there was much better than the first time.

Disliked: The first time the room was really small, and cold. The breakfast was sparse. Maintainence on the room was poor. I had somehow put in the wrong dates. It took 4 hours to get that fixed. The computer system leaves a lot to be desired. Finally, on my third call to the hotel, the desk person told me the telephone number to get in touch with hotels. Com. Then I was charged more for my stay. The second night I stayed there was worlds better. The room was bigger, and we were able to make it warm. The continental breakfast seemed better. The beds were pretty comfortable. The gal who worked the front desk the morning we left was wonderful.

Liked: great location

Disliked: too noisy at night time! loud door banging from other guest

The place was clean quiet and I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Unfortunately, there was very little that we liked about this property.

Disliked: We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The photos shown on the website do not accurately represent its current condition. They appear to have been taken many years ago, possibly when the hotel was much newer. In reality, everything looks very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property was terrible and completely different from what we expected based on the listing photos. Had we seen accurate and recent photos, we would never have booked this hotel.

Liked: Staff was good

Disliked: No ventilation in the rooms

Liked: Cost wasn’t bad- but there’s a reason it’s so well priced.

Disliked: We had multiple issues with our stay. The phone kept ringing all night, the tv didn’t work, multiple power outlets didn’t work, 2 main lights beside the bed didn’t work and the toilet isn’t sealed to the floor properly and moved when you sit on it.
