Super Candle Hotel

The only negative thing I could say about this place is waiting on the lifts. I will stay again.

The location is a bit away from the old town, but there is a Lotte department store nearby, and the breakfast was good, and there is both wet and dry sauna. This is a hotel I would recommend. However, I hope all the staff on the 3rd floor learn how to operate the sauna.

The hotel overall is quite nice, but the facilities feel a bit dated. The front desk staff are very patient and always smiling, but the welcome is not very enthusiastic or proactive; they don't help open the door and aren't smiling. The hotel breakfast has a good variety and tastes nice. On the way, the driver informed us that there are many delicious local traditional restaurants along this road, which are also cheaper than other places and taste good.

Liked: I generally liked the Hotel. We had a big room with a very nice view. It is well located not very far from the big lake in Hanoi, near some shopping malls. The suite was very big, with a living room and 2 sleeping rooms. Breakfast was very nice too.

Disliked: The stuff from the Hotel forgot my airport transfer;-(. I was not very happy about this, organized myself at the airport (for 75 % of the price) and arrived after all. The stuff was kind but no real excuse about this....The Hotel is nice, but it's wellness (swimming pool, sauna and hamman) would need a refreshment (at least in paint and window cleaning..........).

我在这里度过了一段非常舒适放松的时光。设施非常齐全。特别感谢 Duc Huy 提供的好建议！

Location is any 20+mins from old quarter, near Tay Ho, west lake. Grab is easy to get, no problem getting around. Full facilities. They even have a washer and dryer machine for one bedroom. Hotel is new and clean. Highly recommended.

I booked a 1-bedroom apartment measuring 60m². However, upon check-in, I was given what appeared to be a 45m² studio apartment instead. I was too tired at the time to check the booking details carefully. After reviewing my reservation later, I confirmed that I had indeed booked a 1-bedroom apartment, but was provided with a studio apartment instead.

This is my first time in Hanoi, so I made a reservation without knowing the location. The room is clean and, above all, spacious! There is a bathtub, so I added the usual bath salts I brought along and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious, and there were Japanese dishes available, including miso soup that was comforting. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants, so I had no trouble finding places to eat.
