“I thought the bottled water in the refrigerator was free, but they charge 20,000 dong each.”
I checked in at 5 AM and checked out at 12 PM, but I was looking for a cheap place to quickly wash up. The hotel was dark, and fortunately, there was a staff member sleeping in front of the door, so I woke him up to get in. The bed and all the amenities were quite old, and the highlight was the bathroom… the toilet looked like it came from a trash pile and was very dirty, plus it didn't flush. There's a somewhat formal antique refrigerator, but it hadn't been cleaned at all... it was quite dirty with a lot of residue. However, the bottled water inside was cold. I thought the bottled water was free, but when I checked out, they charged me 20,000 dong for it. If I had known, I would have brought my own water… When I requested to store my bag upon checking out, the staff seemed annoyed and pointed with their hand to that direction... I won't be going back, but I wanted to let you know.

“Budget hotel in non-touristic area”
This is the right hotel if you are looking for budget accommodation in Da Nang, in an area where you can experience local Vietnamese life with fewer tourists. Many of the hotel guests also seemed to be local. The hotel is old, but the rooms are spacious. The reception staff could be friendlier, especially towards older foreign guests, and could also be more flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. However, expectations cannot be too high when you are paying a very affordable rate of just US$7 for one night.

“It was fine for only having to pay $45 for an entire 7 day stay”
Liked: The proximity to the airport was nice. It was also nice that there was a small market next door.
Disliked: There were bugs everywhere. Mold all over the room. The mattress felt like it was just a box spring. They charge you for bottles of water in the fridge in your room. The television is just for show. The shower had no door. No pressure in the bum gun.

“Worst experience in vietnam”
Lobby is so dark no ventilation, motocycles are parked inside the lobby, no elevator on the 6th floor, room is old, bathroom ceiling with molds, creepy hotel, smell of the room is terrible starting from the lobby. No luggage room. U have to leave ur bag on their sofa located at the lobby, traumatic for a solo traveler like me.
