“Exceptional”

Friendly atmosphere, good service. Room number ten is spacious, but the curtains are too bright, making it hard for me to sleep. The resort area has a sitting area by the lotus pond, and there's a restaurant in front. The pork knuckle is delicious, and the stewed pork noodles are also tasty. The prices are reasonable.

“Did not stay - Cancellation Approval for Refund Impossible in My Opinion”

Liked: We did not end up staying at this location, because the rooms booked where not the rooms offered upon arrival in my opinion. My review is based on a our initial look at the rooms offered after a 2 hour drive to the property. We did discuss cancellation from the property owner based on the above, and they were pleasant and agreed. However...

Disliked: We did not believe the rooms offered where the rooms booked. Although the property owner agreed to a full refund cancellation, we had to request the cancellation via Booking.com. The property management company (OVO I believe), did not respond to multiple direct requests for cancellation that indicated a 24 hour response. Never received a response back. Booking.com told us that the property management company would not answer calls nor respond to emails regarding the cancellation. Booking.com could not provide the requested refund until approval by the management company. We did talk to the property management company and they indicated that they would contact the property owner to confirm cancellation and call us back within 24 hours. We were never called back. We tried multiple times to call again, but the calls were not answered. We gave up and learned our lesson.

“Very good”

The accommodation is located right next to the main road, making it suitable for a stop during long journeys. The owner and housekeeper are very friendly. In the morning, free coffee is provided, but the bathroom in the room has a slight odor.

“Recommended peak: Kamphaeng Saen.”

The accommodation is clean, the owner is friendly and approachable, and they provide a lot of support to customers. It's quiet and peaceful, with parking available. I will definitely come back to use the service again next time.
