Liked: It's clean, complete amenities (ironing addition will be great), bright, fast wifi, washing machine with fragrant detergent and softener, good hot water AC, quiet residential surroundings, complete amenities for kitchen.
Disliked: The location is not too far from Shin Koiwa station. However from the main road to the house, tjere is a steep walking. At first, it is only slopy uphill, but at tje end, requires walking through staircases (about 20 stairs). It is not suitable for people with walking disabilities, elders.
