Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan

bangunan lama dan ada beberapa sudut kamar yg kayunya sudah keropos, kamar mandi ga ada tirainya. lobbynya baunya aneeh

Stayed in the Grand Deluxe room type, very satisfying. The staff were very friendly and helpful; whenever there was an issue it was always handled quickly. Very, very pleased with my stay here.

Booked 2 rooms, and thank God we got a connecting room. All the staff were friendly, cleanliness was fairly well maintained. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, but overall it was good.

The room was very comfortable, but I noticed some spots in the corners of the room that were still unclean from the time I arrived until checkout. I don't know whether the room was cleaned or not, but I assumed it was.

the hotel is located in the city center, however the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel need to be improved

The hotel was great, but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend the room with the outward view. Since the inward view face directly with the night club and you can hear the music in the night

Stayed in a Junior Suite; for a reputable hotel I expected different treatment than with a standard room. My expectations were crushed. Service was basic. Check-in took almost half an hour. Check-out could have been left as is but the staff didn’t inform me. Towels were delivered after 45 minutes in the room. For a hotel of this class, there wasn’t even any complimentary amenity — exactly the same as a standard room. Please improve this next time.
