Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam Dalat

As the name suggests, it felt like a Swiss-style hotel. It was charming and comfortable. There was a Korean corner at the breakfast buffet, which made meals much better. The food in Dalat is a bit greasier than in other regions and didn’t suit my taste, but the breakfast buffet was a great comfort.

We stayed here starting on the second day of a trip with my child's friends after spending the first day in town, and relaxed here. Maybe because it wasn’t peak season, we had the whole place almost to ourselves. The pool, pocket ball, and other facilities — it’s up in the mountains and absolutely beautiful, and the staff were extremely kind. If we come to Dalat again, we’ll use this place. Oh, and it would also be great for a golf trip. Breakfast was popular with Korean guests, so the seaweed soup was especially good. We had a very restful stay.

It was my first time staying here — everything was well put together. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, and there’s nothing to fault about the surroundings. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway; I’ll return if I get the chance.

The room was terribly dusty — the TV stand and the small table were so dusty no one had cleaned them. The TV is from 2026? but still the type where you have to search for channels and there was no internet. The electric kettle had food left in it and someone had used it to warm food; neither the guest nor the hotel checked or cleaned it. When I asked to switch rooms it took a long time and they sent a man in ordinary clothes, not a uniform and not dressed respectfully, to show the room without any apology. A 4.5-star hotel that’s worse than a 2–3 star.

Our family really liked this place; it's peaceful and the air is very fresh. The staff are very friendly.

Overall, the price and the value is reasonable. I’m happy with my stay, but I think the whole resort need a good renovation otherwise in 1-2 years, it will run down hill The buffet line is not as good as terra-cotta ( food selections is less than terra-cotta) The room, toilette is kinda old, but they are kept clean. Furniture chipped, I think this resort is established before terra-cotta so that’s why. Their price is lower than Terra-cotta too.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, though quite far from the city center and amenities; however, a shuttle bus is available at specific times, and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

I love this hotel, the only downside is the food is expensive and there is no other restaurants around. Also the morning coffee is too strong and not good at all. If your not into golfing it might be boring for you.
