Liked: Really beautiful hotel at a good location.
Disliked: Too difficult to turn off the lights, and the bedside table’s lights we could not turn off at all. They turned on every time we tossed and turned in the bed and it disturbed our sleep a lot. I did not like that when you choose a fancy room during booking, you get messages to upgrade it just before the stay.
There was bad smell in the bathroom and the sink even after cleaning. The staff not welling to deliver the food to the room they always complain of it
Great location, clean and great service provided by staff. They just need to sort out a better system for Breakfast time. As we were walking around for 10-15 mins looking for a table everytime. Maybe hold the customers back until a table becomes available, as this is done at most hotels and works better this way. Thank you.
I got great offer from Agoda for a wonderful hotel in Doha, Swissotel is excellent for all travellers. Nice and supportive friendly staff. Wide and well decorated rooms. Great breakfast.

Special thanks to Ms. Auntim, Islem, and the entire team—everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and helpful, and one team member kindly arranged a late checkout until 3:00 PM with remarkable ease. They truly deserve recognition and appreciation.
Disliked: Everything during our stay was excellent. Our only disappointment was that the stay ended too soon because we genuinely enjoyed every moment at the hotel.
