Liked: They gave me free upgrade to bosphorus view room. That was made my day. Special Thanks to the best receptionist Mr. talha ayberk, was a very polite and had a happy face. Brekafast was excellent. I have tried many bosphorus view in istanbul but this hotel has greatest view over of the bosphorus. Bellboy was great also. They brought me a birthday pancake as a surprise during my breakfast.

Liked: An Unforgettable Stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Our stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus was truly exceptional and made an already very special occasion even more memorable. The hotel combines the elegance and sophistication of a luxury Istanbul property with spectacular surroundings, beautiful accommodations and, most importantly, a level of hospitality that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you must go to Zeynep, the Guest Relations Manager, whose exceptional leadership, professionalism and personal commitment to our experience truly stood out. From the moment she became involved, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that our short stay was nothing less than extraordinary. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine desire to make our celebration special exemplify hospitality at its very best. The entire team followed that same standard—from guest relations and reception to the restaurants, housekeeping and hotel staff. We wanted for nothing, and every interaction reflected warmth, professionalism and a sincere desire to make us feel welcome. The property itself is magnificent, with beautifully appointed spaces, wonderful amenities and, of course, breathtaking views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. There is something incredibly special about experiencing this extraordinary city from such an iconic setting. What could have simply been a luxury hotel stay became a truly unforgettable celebration. The team didn’t just acknowledge our special occasion—they made it feel even more special, and those thoughtful touches are what we will remember most. Our sincere thanks to Zeynep and the entire Swissôtel The Bosphorus team for the exceptional care, hospitality and attention shown to us. You helped create memories we will cherish for years to come. An exceptional Istanbul experience, and one we would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Disliked: No thing

Liked: Great location and good breakfast

Disliked: Over priced for its value…. View of the room was extremely disappointing!! I booked a garden view room but the room that we got had parking view. Even after complaining the hotel advised that the next room will have a similar view. The description didn’t match the view mentioned at the time of booking. Looking at the parking lot for 5 days wasn’t quite exciting, they should categorize the room as parking view not garden view.

Liked: We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need—a great location, wonderful staff, and excellent service. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to Executive Lounge Chef Aziz Bey. My 3-year-old son has multiple food allergies, so staying at a hotel is usually challenging when it comes to finding safe meals or getting help from the kitchen. We truly appreciate Chef Aziz and the entire staff for being so accommodating and helpful.
