“Simply amazing. 100% we will stay again.”

Liked: The hotel is situated above an up market shopping mall. Breakfast is is $35 per adult. At the food courts in the shopping mall it could be $10-$20 for more authentic food. The hotel is close enough to attractions, but far enough to avoid tourist crowds. The MRT below connects to Suntec shopping mall which has a bigger variety of shops.

“Good Property with Unbeatable Location”

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city with direct access to the MRT and multiple bus stops. The check in was smooth and pleasant, helped in large part by the front desk staff Swee Kit’s professional yet approachable demeanor. Despite the busy and crowded situation, he was a picture of cool and approachability and made the process way more pleasant and natural than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Lovely room, good view, all in all a very pleasant weekend getaway.

Disliked: The floor was not fully carpeted.the portion where there was no carpet that wooden place can be properly polished and maintained. Booking.com should inform about the 500 SGD security deposit collected by Hotel during check-in. Yet to receive the security deposit amount while checked-out on 26th October

“Could be better”

Except for the nice view, nothing exceptional. Toilet no bidet, TV no YouTube or Netflix, these are basic requirements nowdays. TV cant really turn on and stuck in configuration during update. Bathtub got hair left behind. Overall for the price, I do expect more.
