“Good and not so good but would stay there again.”

Liked: Location perfect! Staff wonderful! Executive club fabulous!

Disliked: Cleaning was after 4 pm on the Elite level. Not good enough. Out all day and arrive back to get ready for evening at opera house and room not cleaned. Rooms very dated.

“Exceptional service”

We arrived early and requested an early check-in and the staff accommodated, we got our room at 10+am. The room however was not to our expectations (the shower area was only partially covered which wasn't ideal for children - who felt cold) and we gave feedback the second morning before heading out to explore the city. When we were back we realized the staff had another room for us which we liked. They even sent a box of sugary treats for the children. My wife and I were moved by the exceptional service of the staff. I do not recommend the early arrivals lounge though. It's not very comfortable and suitable for children. Try just having a breakfast at Sylvester's.
