Taipei Fullerton Hotel - Maison North

Room is good. Spacious. Especially the toilet. But one thing would like to improve that the hand wash soap changes to hand wash liquid. As personal hygiene soap is not really good to re-use. Thanks

Great quiet hotel with great location. Breakfast is delicious with great selection. I especially enjoyed the Western style breakfast, it’s very tasty. Our room has 34sm which is spacious and have a nice size bathroom.

Have 24hr snacks

Nice breakfast, close to songshan airport Convenient for flight next day

Liked: Close to subway station, many good restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Disliked: None

Excellent!!!

The room was rather old, dusty carpet at some area and the tv is not smart tv. Most importantly the door will not close properly, you need to pull it to close. There’s once I just let the door swing to close on its own and it didn’t close properly. Lift is small and need to wait for long as it service for many customers. The entrance for the hotel are stairs and you have to carry your big lugggages to wait for cab. Breakfast was quite bad. I stayed for 7 days and the selection for 7 days are the same. Saw a cockroach at the dining area too but the staff was kind to help me to catch. Do note that the building is not certified safe for earth quake. That is quite concerning as Taipei always have earthquake. I only noticed this during my check out. The only plus point is the location is very close to Zhong Shan secondary school train station. Downstairs have 7-11, family mart and Poya too.

This was my first stay. My scheduled flight was canceled due to the typhoon, so I urgently sought accommodation here. In conclusion, I had a wonderful experience at a fantastic hotel. They kindly prepared a room for me even before the check-in time, which was very helpful. The staff at the front desk communicated in Japanese. The doorman also demonstrated excellent hospitality, and all the staff were kind and wonderful. The room was impeccable. The bath and shower were separate. There was a 24-hour drink service on the first floor, and breakfast was a semi-buffet. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant. I would highly recommend this place. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
