Takamatsu City Hotel

The location was good and it was very reasonably priced for the stay, but when I parked in the multi-story parking lot, there were no instructions to fold the side mirrors, nor was there anyone checking for clearance on either side when entering, which resulted in scratches on the wheels and side mirrors. I understand that they seemed to be short-staffed, so it can't be helped, but I think it would be nice if they could check for customers who don’t frequently use the parking lot. However, when exiting, I made a request, and they helped me, so I was able to exit safely.

The exterior and interior of the hotel felt a bit old, but the front staff were very pleasant and kindly assisted us, making our stay comfortable. The amenities were basic, but I thought they were sufficient for the price range. If I had to mention something, it would be that the lid of the body soap in the bathroom was broken, and it came off when using the pump.

The good point is that the bed is Simmons, making it comfortable to sleep, and the location is close to Kotoden Kawaramachi and the shopping street, which is very convenient for going out. However, the disappointing part is that the building itself is old, giving an impression of old facilities... Especially the water facilities create a disappointing image. If you think of it just as a place to sleep, the price is cheap, so it might help reduce travel expenses.
