“Extremely Disappointing & Misleading”

Extremely disappointing stay. The photos on Agoda are completely misleading – the only thing that matched was the curtain color! The room was filthy, dusty everywhere, and the bathroom was so dirty when I arrived that I had to clean it myself. The bathroom layout is terrible: the shower head is directly over the toilet, making it almost impossible to shower properly. To make matters worse, the electricity kept cutting off – it went out at least 3 times during the night! There is no reception desk, the elevator was completely out of order, and I was forced to carry my heavy luggage up 5 floors using extremely narrow, dangerous, and exhausting stairs. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

“L’expérience très mauvaise”

I booked this hotel. I had a nine days booking and I couldn’t even survive nine minutes. I had to reserve another hotel because I was unable to stay here. I am ashamed of naming this place a hotel smells very bad not at all same like photos hundred percent different from photos. You cannot walk on the floor. You cannot use the equipment.. It’s not a hotel room it’s a survival room in this hotel is not worth of even listing their rooms for tourists. This is my first badge review about a hotel.

“Acceptable”

The worst hotel ever we lived in. The name given in web site is different as mentioned at location. Very bad location and very bad building. No hot water in the bathroom. In morning I complained to the given number but the reply was shocking. The guy said there is no hot water in whole area and it will be fixed in two hours. We took shower with cold water. When we returned back to room at 4:00 pm, still there was no hot water. I sent an email to Agoda.com web site where from I booked this room for refunds. I am still waiting for my refunds.
