Quite secluded from the main street but a 5 minute taxi ride can get you anywhere around north pattaya area. Facilities is old but still well maintained

The room was severely moldy and smelled strongly of mildew. We had to keep the door open for long periods to ventilate, but it made no difference. The floor had several large holes, the facilities were old, there were insect eggs on the walls, and small geckos in the room. My room number started with 7 and was right next to the road, so motorcycle noise was very loud at night and disturbed my sleep. I also developed a high fever that wouldnโt go down because of the moldโan awful experience!

Youโd be better off spending that money on good food and drinks and sleeping on Pattaya Beach than staying here. If you book this place based on the photos, Iโm sure it will ruin your trip. Thereโs a musty, moldy smell and dust in the room โ not to mention lizards, mosquitoes and other bugs that seem to live there first. If you want to sleep, youโll have to ask the resident insectsโ permission. The hallway ceiling leading to the room has holes and feels like a haunted, abandoned house, and the bed is damp โ basically everything unpleasant you can imagine. Also, the โhelpfulโ touch of charging more for a deluxe room but assigning a standard room is standard practice here. If you still feel confident, go ahead and book... I reserved for four days but fled three hours after check-in, giving up on getting a refund.

I'm on my 3rd room change so far, day 2 of 4 days........Checked in 1st room, mold smell very over powering, I went back to reception, I was given another room. 2nd room couldn't sleep overnight because of continuing loud noises throughout the night from bathroom ceiling fan/vent, even when turned off, went to reception and was given another room. 3rd room, just arrived back after being out for the day, no water in the room, reception saying it's been off for 2hrs and no idea when back on.

Worst stay I've ever had. I asked for a refund. I asked to change rooms because the one I was given was filthy and smelled terrible โ there were even maggots and worms crawling around, seriously disgusting LOL. Agoda didn't do anything about it. So I just told the front desk. They only offered to give me the key. When I asked for an upgraded room, they said there was none available. They said they'd send an email. They told me to contact Agoda, Agoda told me to contact the hotel, and I ended up running around for an hour. I just left, went to another hotel, and took a taxi. I'm a Diamond member, but Agoda didn't help at all. They just kept passing the problem around like it was my fault.
