“View from the 9th-floor terrace restaurant.”
From the sea-view room (7th floor) I could see the Bosphorus. Breakfast buffet is served on the 9th-floor terrace restaurant, so you can enjoy both sea and town views. The selection was ordinary, but I was delighted to find honeycomb—my first time since a luxury hotel in Malta. A downside: the reception is in a dim mezzanine and can only be reached by stairs. There’s no porter, so carrying luggage was difficult.

“Good location & great value for money”
This is our 2nd stay at Taxim Hill Hotel but we booked via Agoda for the first time and all went smoothly. The location is close to lively Istiklal street and there is easy access to metro. The breakfast buffet served had a variety of options. The rooms were soundproof as well. Overall, we recommend booking Taxim Hill hotel via Agoda.

“Recently renovated”
...because it all looked fresh. Tip: rather book seaview and avoid "economy" rooms that may not have outside window. Seaview room was good size and very comfortable. Lovely bed.

“A disappointing stay with reservation issues, unclear late-checkout terms and unsafe furniture that injured my friend.”
Liked: The location and the cleanliness
Disliked: First, when we arrived, reception could not find our confirmed reservation. They kept us waiting and repeatedly told us there was no booking until I contacted Booking.com myself. Second, late checkout was offered as an option when I booked, but at reception I was told it would only be possible if I paid for an additional half-day. This was disappointing and unclear at the time of booking. Most concerning, a cabinet panel was not properly secured. When my friend opened the cabinet, it fell onto his foot and ankle, causing bruising and a scrape. I immediately went to reception asking for ice and assistance, but they did not have basic first-aid supplies available. The reservation problems, unclear checkout arrangements and this safety incident made our stay very disappointing.

“My number 1 hotel in İstanbul.”
Liked: Great value for money. Other hotels with such a prime location and comfortable rooms with balcony cost at least double of what you pay at this hotel. I always stay here when I visit İstanbul.

Disliked: There was no Hot Water in the room and they tell us that they are going to arrange it, but nothing happened, I told them to change the room or give us the money back but they didn't want and i had to go to another hotel with my expenses, Do not go in this Hotel Because no one arrange for us even the money they didn't gave us back even we did not stay there, Hope that no one experience this bad situation! So Don't Book this Hotel!!! And Very Dirty!
