“Amazing Stay With Outstanding Hospitality & Wonderful Breakfast!”

Liked: The owner and staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The complimentary tuk-tuk drop-off and pick-up were very convenient, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beautiful weather made our stay even more special. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality was truly outstanding, and we would happily return just for this amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella!

Disliked: The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, the complimentary tuk-tuk service provided by the owner made travelling much easier.

“Home away from home”

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Tera Ella by SANS. The entire property has been beautifully renovated, and everything looks fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the SANS management for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend Tera Ella by SANS to anyone visiting Ella. I will definitely be coming back!

“Excellent view from the room.”

Liked: Everything was great. The view from the room is breathtaking, you can have a clear view of the Ella rock from the balcony. The staffs were very cordial.

Disliked: The location is a little bit remote. Very difficult to reach by car, tuktuks are suitable for the road. Everytime you have to get on car to go to any nearby places (like restaurants, shops etc)
