“Exceptional”

The staff were very kind. They not only told us about the beautiful beach but also patiently interacted with me, even though I couldn't speak well. Choosing the plan with breakfast was definitely the right decision. Every dish was delicious, and the presentation was colorful.

“A hidden gem in Palma”

A wonderful hotel with sea views conveniently located about a 10 min bus ride from the centre of Palma (better option than fighting for a car park!). As we went through the doors, the stylish interior and wonderful smell drew us in. The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. The hotel amenities (rooftop bar, spa, rooftop pool) kept me entertained in between visiting the city. Congrats to the mixologist on the rooftop bar. The « à la carte » breakfast is excellent and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly with a special mention to Martina who looked after us so well as my husband was feeling poorly.

“Best hotel ever”

Liked: From the welcome drink and exceptional service to the beautiful room, rooftop pool, rooftop bar and spa — everything was fantastic. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the food at Destape was exceptional. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. Absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Disliked: Nothing

“Exceptional”

Liked: We loved the place, everything is super well thought from the design details to the smells (we even bought hotel parfums, that’s how good it was). Amazing choices for breakfast, staff is very beautiful and kind. The restaurant is exceptional, food was delicious, we kept coming back:) Special credits to SPA master, who’s very attentive to your personal demands. I would want to gatekeep this place but it deserves a lot of praise

Disliked: Nothing, all was great, maybe just to not have all lights on automatically since it’s a green hotel. But it’s not a big deal, we would have switched it off ourselves.

Disliked: Nothing, it was all perfect!
