“The location is convenient.”
It was quiet and nice when I was the only guest on the same floor. There are gaps in the room door, so you can hear everything, including voices and the TV. You can watch YouTube on the TV. The WiFi was good as well. The owner was very kind and always had a smile, which was great. The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, and toothbrush available. There is a newer elevator, so it's reassuring even with luggage. As for cleaning, I didn't request it since I preferred not to have anyone enter my room, but I believe towels can be quickly exchanged at the front desk. Considering the price, the room wasn't bad, and the location was good, so I would recommend it.

“Ok for couple on nights”
Nice and clean, very good location. No one speaks English. No a/c but fan. Good value for price.

“Cheap. Clean. Close to bus terminal, market, and some sights.”
It was easy to walk to the bus terminal to get to far attractions. It was close to the market and city attractions. Clean. Cheap. A little loud from the nearby kareoke but quiet by 10pm every night.

“Cheap and near the central market and bus terminal.”
Great value. Clean room. Smart TV with apps and screen mirroring. Close to the Dalat Market and bus terminal to the two big temple/pogodas and stretches of road with great views of the city. Walking distance to Crazy House, the lake, and mural neighborhood.

“Too many bed bugs”
We were bitten by bed bugs. Cleanliness wise is poor so families with children and old people should not go to this hotel unless you are ready to be bitten.
