Location is near city center. There are some small restaurant nearby, but there are no supermarket around 1km. Price is cheap and reasonable, but there are no refrigerator in the room. Staff are not very kind

“Do not come back a second time!!!!!!”

Extremely disappointing experience - Service quality as bad as a scam I am truly upset with how the hotel operates. I booked a room here on August 15, 2026. Service & Reception: The hotel allowed late check-in, making guests wait 30 minutes. Check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we only got into the room at 2:30 PM and the floor was wet. Room: The room was seriously damp and musty, giving off a strong, unpleasant smell that directly affected our health. There was a lot of dust. The room lacked pillows, and the bed sheets were dirty... Doing business like this is no different from scamming customers. I WILL NEVER return and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!

It is just few minutes walk to the lake and market. It has elevator. Has a TV but remote coudn't be found. The weather is cold you might not need an AC anymore. The room is suitable for travelers seeking for very low budget and intend for sleeping purpose only.

“Exceptional”

Overall I'm not picky about choosing a room. Since I'm out sightseeing most of the time, the room is just for sleeping and that's fine. The rooms here suit people like me. I read the reviews on Google Maps and understood there might be some issues. However, when I checked in everything was fine. I'm used to having air conditioning, but there's none here. Maybe most homes in Dalat don't have it. Anyway, I'm satisfied with everything.

“Two-day festival holiday”

Holiday price 1.3 million VND per day. Room was pretty small, loose power sockets, TV didn’t work (I didn’t care much). Mattress was rock hard. Got a bonus of 2 x 0.5L Lavie water. Price felt high for a room like a guesthouse.

“The hotel charges more.”

I have already paid for the online reservation, but when I checked in offline, I was told that I didn't pay, and I was charged a cash. The room hygiene was very poor, there was hair on the bed, the sheets were yellow, and the toilet was leaking.
