• All-Inclusive Package The All-Inclusive package includes three meals per day and drinks as specified in the rate. Meals can be selected from the Half Board/Full Board menu and the All-Inclusive Drink menu. For more information, please contact the hotel’s reservation department.
• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest with positive identification upon check-in at the hotel. For third party payments, they must be arranged directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or contact to the hotel reservation directly. If any payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required in order to process a new payment that matches the guest's name, please be informed that all refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
• All-Inclusive Drinks Terms and Conditions: 1. For Hotel Guests only with a minimum 5 Nights stay 2. All or none of the guests within the party/reservation are to be under all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of reservation. 3. No alcoholic drinks for persons under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking) 4. Drinks are to be consumed within the outlet. No takeaways allowed. 5. All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only. - 11am to 9pm at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant - 11am to 7pm at Splash Pool Bar/ Groovy Pool Swim- Up Bar. 6. Next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time. 7. Drinks are to be ordered for self only. No ordering drinks for other people. 8. In the event that the Hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a 10,000 THB Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion. 9. Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to self and others at the hotel’s own discretion. 10. All inclusive drinks starts at 3 pm on check-in date and ends at 12 pm on check-out date 11. Guests are to order from an all inclusive drinks menu only. Hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice. All-Inclusive Package: All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. • We are pleased to share that, as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our guests’ luxury and comfort, The Palm Shade Pool will undergo a major transformation to create an even more vibrant and exceptional experience. Upgrade Period: 1 September 2026 – 15 February 2027 Working Hours: Daily, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM Peak Season Pause: All work will be fully suspended from 24 December 2026 – 15 January 2027 to ensure guest comfort and peace. Noise & Visibility Control: High-standard acoustic barriers will isolate the area, minimize noise, and keep the work out of sight. 3 Pools Remain Open: Of our 4 swimming pools, the remaining 3 will continue to operate normally throughout the upgrade. We are confident this enhancement will bring greater value to our guests and our continued partnership.
