“Above average”

Liked: The location

Disliked: The Room was smaller then expected and the price could be lower

“Very good”

Liked: Really nice old building located in the theater district

Disliked: That valet parking was closed down without prior notice, and nobody was available to help us figure out where to park. Clearly, a couple of super-expensive cars were parked right in front and had 'paid off' the valet service for such close and secure access.

“Acceptable”

Liked: Central location.

Disliked: Very low standard, but very high price. Internet was slow, they couldn't tell me how fast the upgrade would be and then it disappeared as an option to upgrade. The sink wouldn't drain properly. No kitchen for breakfast for the two mornings I was there (Sunday and Monday) shocking considering the price. Tried to book another night, they couldn't deal with it at the desk, then price shot up to $700. Given the standard, rooms should never go past $200 in this premises.

“The hotel was excellent took us back to the 20s and 30s, quite for the most part and the staff was very friendly and in”

Liked: With in walking distance to park, restaurants, shopping and public transportation I give it two thumbs up 👍👍!!

Disliked: The view from the 19th floor was not that impressive, we were looking at other people’s rooftops not very nice
