“Good location easy to get transportation, The room is good condition and confortable. I really JBL clock sound speaker 🥰”

Liked: clean confortable

Disliked: I suddenly shaved my legs and i called to the front desk to inquire first aid kit but didn't have any emergency kits and only gave me bandage. I think hotel must have first aid kits. Also indoor pool didn't have towels.

Liked: Loved the really fresh and clean feel to the hotel. The room was really great with all facilities and amenities

Disliked: The air conditioning. It would not get to the temperature we had set and desired. After much prevarication from the hotel management team they admitted that the in-room guest control had little functionality and that the hotel set an overall limit. They said this was for eco reasons. How that set with all the single-plastic and water bottles in the room I am not sure. Also, an enormous charge to use the outdoor swimming pool. Which was actually inside.

“It was a very nice place to stay and we were very comfortable.”

Liked: The property was very clean, service was generally good. Wonderful breakfast. Very nice boutique hotel. Jack the concierge was very kind and helpful in recommending restaurants and arranging transport. Very quiet. Room was beautiful and the 3 restaurants plus a Michelin star Chinese restaurant were wonderful except we couldn’t get into the Michelin star fully booked.

Disliked: The property was a little far from the centre of the busy areas so as seniors we had to take more taxies couldn’t just walk to places.

Booked a suite, noise was sadly a constant n the most shocking part was still in room and had do not disturb on but was shocked to find my room door opened and left open till I discovered it upon preparing to leave room, never again
