Liked: Staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, especially Angie in the dining area and everyone who checked us in at the front desk.
Disliked: The only thing I wish they had was a business center. I needed to print some documents and could not do so.
Liked: Location, staff, and clean
Disliked: Parking was a little pricey, ac in room couldn’t really be adjusted but I travel with a fan, so it was okay. My only recommendation is maybe a little side table in the bathroom, shelves were too shallow, full, and angled for belongings. Not really complaining…I loved the property.
Liked: Super convenient location. Extremely comfortable bedding. Great AC.
Disliked: Disappointed breakfast was not included. The pull in drive-through and valet area was extremely tight and congested. $60 night valet parking was high compared to similar hotels at $40. Entrance doors were not automated sliding doors but extremely heavy manual doors. We were assigned to a handicap Rome with a super low sink that was only half the size of a normal sink and a no threshold shower. We are tall people and it was awkward using the sink.

Liked: The staff was great and the beds were very comfortable. Also loved the historical significance of the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel has been updated well, but still a little dated. Valet is also a little expensive. The staff and bed make up for it though.
