Liked: Especially loved the breakfast and the selfish, fun decor throughout. Would stay again for sure. Easy to walk to University of Toronto

Liked: Stylish boutique feel, large rooms. Staff very helpful. Excellent location

Disliked: Way too expensive … restaurant food quite awful, cleaning not as efficient as claimed

Disliked: Really they can’t police who is outside or near the property but it was cagey

Disliked: Hard to find by taxi driver

Liked: Anndore House is within two blocks of the underground, close to Bloor St and easy access to downtown. We loved the decor and the staff were thoroughly lovely. We ate at the restaurant and had a beautiful meal. We had cocktails at the bar. Very chill vibe and just what we wanted! We stayed 5 nights and we were impressed with the housekeeping team. Not one hiccup!

Disliked: Initially the Hotel was hard to approach with a vehicle as it’s a one way street with not much space in front but once you know this you can sort it out. I didn’t really like the gluelam look of the cabinets in our room but they were functional. They didn’t really go with the rest of the room. A small thing I know. The circle mirror in our bath room was mounted on a nasty piece of wood that had previously been square. 😕

Liked: The property was very modern and had everything within one space - ie hotel, bar, restaurant, coffee shop and the location was great as it was close to local amenities like drug stories and many restaurants and bakeries and close to a station

Disliked: The property was located right next to a homeless shelter, which wasn’t bad during the day time but at night time I wouldn’t recommend walking past it
