“Great staff, great location, clean rooms with all the facilities.”

Liked: super friendly staff all through the hotel and reception took on board my room requests and delivered.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great but the coffee was good! We also felt that if our room had been ready before 3pm we wouldn’t be given the card until on the dot of 3pm which seemed a bit petty and so we had to hang around until 3pm…

Liked: I was looking for old world charm and a location close to Hyde Park but quiet. That's exactly what we got... On a side road, noise was not a factor at all. The old world elegance of the hotel was lovely.

Disliked: The room was smaller than 1 thought it would be from other reviews, and the bathroom was quite awkward - very narrow.
