Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay. The staff were friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated their kindness in allowing me to check in early so I could pray. However, there were a few things that could be improved. There was no assistance with luggage(there are stairs), and unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches in the room, which was quite disappointing. The room itself was generally livable, and the overall experience wasn’t terrible, but I do feel that the cleanliness and service could be better for the price. I appreciate the staff’s kindness, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this hotel at its current price point.

“Convenient airport location, but noise and cleanliness were disappointing”
We honestly felt like we were staying in a storage room, as our room was located right behind the check-in counter. Every time guests checked in, we could clearly hear their conversations. We could also hear children running around upstairs, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The toilet also did not look very clean. The main advantage of this accommodation is its location, as it is very close to the airport. If you cannot get a Grab ride or want to avoid paying high Grab fares, you could consider walking to the airport, depending on your luggage and the walking route available. Overall, the location is convenient, but the room’s privacy, noise level, and cleanliness could be improved.

“Acceptable”
⚠️ If you plan to stay at this hotel, wear slippers and avoid expensive or leather shoes! You’re not allowed to bring your shoes into your room. They must be left in a shoe cabinet outside the entrance, with very little shelter and large gaps on all sides, leaving them exposed to sunlight and heavy rain. During my last stay, after heavy rain, we had to step onto the wet ground barefoot to remove our shoes. I was wearing leather shoes and wasn’t comfortable leaving them outside, exposed to rain and possible theft. However, the staff refused to let me bring them into my room, citing house rules. Another point: even though the room was clean, not sure they forgotten to replenish but no tissues or body wash were provided. We had to make al long walk to the counter to request. So, guys, wear slippers / cheap shoe😅 and check the room amenities when you arrive! 🩴

“Harga berpatutan, lokasi sangat menarik”
Yang best trip kali ni, dapat check in awal, hotel selesa dgn 2 katil besar dan harga yang sangat berpatutan, lokasi sangat dekat kalau nk makan di tempat2 viral, hotel sebelah dobi layan diri, jadi mudah balik rumah tanpa bawa baju kotor, boleh dijadikan pilihan untuk menginap nest time.
