The Beverly Hills Hotel - Dorchester Collection

Liked: The room felt like a home in beverly hills, like it was our own private property, the staff was amazing at all times, very supportive and worried about us. I had tooth pain for one night and gave them a call and they sent medicine to my room free of charge along with some ice bucket. Everything was clean, super comfy bed and pillows, amazing bathroom, it is that one hotel you feel like a superstar. Strongly recommend the visit, pool area, spa, the restaurants on site, everything was perfect! Thank you so much guys for a memorable stay!

Liked: Iconic, gorgeous pool and rooms

Disliked: Service was hit and miss, service with an attitude and when paying 2000 USD a night I would expect service to be outstanding, during breakfast often I was not greeted but said want coffee? and others were greeted etc, so do think service levels are equal to everyone

The Beverly hills hotel always delivers and Agoda had the best pricing everything worked well -got upgraded thanks Agoda-minimal fuss great service at the BHH been coming here for 40 years

We had a wonderful stay at the Beverly Hills Hilton. The hotel has a classic Beverly Hills feel while still offering all the modern comforts you’d expect. Our room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the property was beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything Beverly Hills has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable Beverly Hills getaway.

Liked: Truly a n amazing property. The Hollywood history is very amazing. Polo Lounge is great, breakfast outdoors is wonderful. Whole thing is a bit pricy, but I’ll b back.

Liked: I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Beverly Hills Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional in every way. The entire team throughout the hotel made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. A special thank you to Frank and Pierre at the front desk, who were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including assisting with wonderful room upgrades that made the experience even more memorable. Everything about the hotel was fantastic; the rooms, the Polo Lounge, the pool, the atmosphere, and above all, the people. The level of hospitality is truly world-class. I honestly do not have enough words to describe how amazing the team is. For me The Beverly Hills Hotel is one of the most special hotels in the world, and this stay reminded us exactly why. Thank you to everyone for making our visit unforgettable. We cannot wait to return in a few weeks...thanks again!!!.

Disliked: Nothing...everything was excellent.

Liked: Location was the only thing. If you like to stay in Beverly Hills. In my case, it was a mistake.

Disliked: Hotel is small and old. Photos of the garden - well there is no garden. Bikes? No bikes. I have made a reservation here instead different hotel because of bikes. When I asked about them there was a big suprice. The only place you can go is a pool. I got a room which was next to very loud ventilation. For this price I expect luxury. I got an average hotel in an expensive neighborhood. It was so bed and not worth this price that I called Booking.com, ask for refund for the second night and leave after one night. Never again.

Liked: amazing hotel, the polo lounge was excellent, everything was wonderful

Disliked: vault store - can find the same things much cheaper online
