Disliked: - the rooms are mid at best albeit being very clean (appliances are old and not super well maintained - I understand since the building is old, but I am not sure if the overall quality of the stay really guarantees the 4 star, if that makes sense) - I was under the impression that I would get free breakfast buffet, but found that I was charged for it

Disliked: Room. Altho large with comfy beds. It is bare bones. Body wash on wall is falling off and tough to get out Shampoo and conditioner in one--cheap cheap! No remote in room,had to ask. No extra amenities at all ( shower cap, extra towels etc) Going to the desk to borrow a charging base,nope have to buy. How about an emery board? Nope have to buy. Water? 1 warm bottle This beautiful hotel,gorgeous not cared for properly, peeling paint, dirty carpet! with nice staff running on very little luxe
