“Great location!”

Pros- location, valet parking, staff Cons -sheets have a strong smell for my noise, you can hear people flushing and bathrooms needs updating, also strong fragrance smell at check in counter. Would like to stay here again but few things will need to change.

A beautiful hotel on the heart of OSU Campus with views of The Shoe across the street. The room was very clean and accommodating. The shower had great pressure and hot! Our only issue was with the HVAC. We had it set at 68°, but it was still pretty humid in our room. We chocked it up to being on the 7th floor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

“Dont trust Agoda!”

Booked through Agoda for 2 nights and had conformation of booking for both night. Checked in and the next day they knocked on my door asking if I was gonna check out. Explained everything to them and agoda figured I could stay both night not knowing the hotel was 100% booked. So we got kicked out of the hotel that i paid 2 nights for. Found myself rushing around trying to find a place to stay the day of a concert that had no places around. Just word of the wise dont trust this site if you book through them, I learned the hard way. They hotel was beautiful and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!!
