“10/10”

Liked: I really liked the breakfast quality, and the staff were amazingly nice.

Disliked: It is pretty hard to name something I didnt like... But the gym was a bit dark and sometimes I felt 'scared'. If that makes sense?

“Exceptional”

Liked: The Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful, also give the Guest services guy (bellboy for lack of a better description) a huge raise he made the stay so nice! I was there for dragoncon. The hotel lobby and historical value of the property, the resturant and wait staff were also amazing!

Disliked: The Room could have used a desk but that is really my only Gripe. Things at the front desk like drinks and snacks were way too overpriced, like i totally understand the hotel wanting to make money but $9 for a redbull was insaine and it was the little redbull not even the full size cans.

“Excellent”

Liked: The staff is amazing. The valet, front desk, footman. All were courteous, helpful, accommodating. The atmosphere is historic and glamorous. Love the architecture, design & history. The breakfast was tasty. No self parking. And small room but big bathroom.

Disliked: My room was smaller than expected but still nice.
