Liked: Luxurious and exceptional service…safari was interesting for our toddlers…heated pool outside the room was a big plus..bonfire outside the room was also a nice experience..

Disliked: Rooms have tight corridors due to the fact that they are an unesco world heritage site and cannot be expanded…

Liked: Great location, right next to the Hegra site, outstanding view. Beautiful garden, perfectly tended. Very good to have bicycles available for guests given the size of the properties and the itineraries around

Disliked: On the other hand, bicycles logistics can be improved. Our bikes came with flat tires and saddle height that could not be fixed easily, a special tool was needed. Once the bike was OK, if we left the unattended, say while we were at the restaurant, somebody pick them up, and the bikes were gone. No problem, management produced new bikes, but then, we had to start over, with flat tires and saddle to be fixed.
