The Cherry Suites - Chinatown

Liked: Lots of space and the beds were comfy (on the firmer side) and super clean. The host was kind and responsive, and made sure to accommodate us. The location is amazing

Disliked: The living room images were not accurate, the room layout was a bit different and the facilities were not like what was in the photos. If you’re just looking for a nice place to sleep or rest, it’s great. But if you’re planning to spend significant time indoors, it might fall a bit short of expectations.

Liked: Property was easy to fine and had no trouble with the door codes at all. Location was perfect for what we needed and felt safe as a mom with two teens which was important for me. Apartment was very spacious and was more than enough room for us. Microwave and icemaker/water dispenser didn't work but the host responded quickly and offered to come look at it which I declined as we weren't going to need it. Of course before we headed out we noticed there was a second microwave that worked so we really didn't need to contact them but was happy to see how quickly they were ready to respond to a issue. Wifi worked really well.

Disliked: Saw a few reviews about the cleanliness of the place and overall I felt like it was fine just that it was a older building so the walls could use a good cleaning as well as the couch but it wasn't terrible. whoever cleaned it did seem to use a lot of cleaner on the floor because it made the sticky floor sounds anytime we moved around. The upstairs bedroom doors were older and one was a little tough to open and the carpet on the stairs entering the building were old and a little dingy but all very minor things. The AC noise I saw in a previous comment didn't start until the morning for us which was when we were already getting ready to head out so didn't bother us and did hear some noise from the neighbors but didn't seem out of the norm for a apartment building overall was a good stay.

Liked: Horrible stay. The heat didn't work. Didn't have blankets no wash rags. No hot water.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The space and multiple bathrooms

Disliked: Stairs

Liked: The apartment was centrally located in Chinatown in Philadelphia and made accessing the city quite easy.

Disliked: The apartment was not cleaned properly. The screens on the window had dust and soot that look like they hadn't been cleaned in months, same with glass on the windows.

Liked: The location in china town was the only best part

Disliked: It was dirty down to the kitchen, the living room it don’t look like they wash they couches and whole room. Like deep clean it it was dusty and old

Liked: The property is spacious and great location.

Disliked: I find it a little dusty and unfortunately I didn’t have enough toilet paper for my staying.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything is a scam false advertising they will try and con you out of your money and won’t cancel the reservation stay far away from this property! Very un clean. Feels like trap for people that they think are desperate
