The Close Airport

Liked: The location,I have been in the property more than 3 times.safe and quiet and enough parking.

Disliked: The room need more cleaning,pillow are no longer white but good colour it’s mean the red to wash them pillows not only changed the pillowcases!! And room more dusting clean needed!! The rest are perfect 👍.good communication with stuff and friendly service😊.

Liked: It was close to the airport.

Disliked: I didn't like the place because I never got on the inside. I went there 10:45pm, rang the doorbell and knocked several times, nobody answered until 15 mins later. It was another guest that was staying there. The owners weren't present at the place. When I called to get the key for my room the only way I could get it is if I paid a £50 deposit which was not stated until after I called the owner. They sent me the link to pay the deposit AFTER the check in time was closed. I didn't have anywhere else to go so I slept outside and wasn't given a refund. This is unacceptable. Waste of money and I want a refund for this horrible experience.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The room was not nice ants and bugs crawling around. It looked very run down. It was really challenging getting my suit cases up and down the stairs. There wasn't much air as only one window would open. And was very hot. Really had a hard time sleeping bed wasn't very confortable.and pillows were way too soft. It was like a cheap motel room.

Liked: Its very close to the airport. Easy self check in

Disliked: I asked the host multiple times directly on booking as well in private message on whats app to please confirm for an airport pick up and the cost (cuz they offer it in the listing and mention just to simply request it) but no one ever responded about it at all... in fact they responded with another message to simply message them about airport pick up if i wanted it...! Lol same exact info they had already given me... was as if they didn't understand English even though they clearly are primarily English speakers in England and both message apps i used have automatic translators on them if its not... I was very confused and ended up with being forced to use an incredibly expensive taxi service.. for a 10 min drive to the accommodation (the whole season i rented this place was to be CLOSE to the airport) & it was but the transportation part was a huge fail!

Liked: Spacious rooms.

Disliked: Very small windows in the rooms (0 airflow), heatwave, no fans = death Washing machine didn't work/ nothing to hang washing on to dry clothes That's all. Mainly just the heat.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: I was locked out my the owner because they didn’t provide check in instructions. I was unable to stay the night

Liked: Close to the airport

Disliked: Very complicated getting the codes to the keys and the front door with spotty internet

Liked: I only stayed overnight so not much to say on that but room was clean.

Disliked: I didnt like that I didnt know it was a airBnB and not a hotel to share bathroom and I was expecting to see receptionist to check in so my check was terrible as I couldnt get in easy.
