Liked: Easy to get to, super cute room, food was wonderful and the staff was excellent and super supportive

Disliked: Nothing! Definitely will return

Liked: Beautifully decorated and maintained hotel in central location near Connaught Place; incredibly helpful and kind staff; comfortable rooms with cold air conditioning; delicious hotel breakfast and in-room dining options

Disliked: The surrounding area is a bit dark at night as the hotel sits a few streets back from the main Connaught Place circle

I stayed at a place while traveling alone in India. Since I was traveling solo as a woman, I wanted to spend a certain amount of money on my accommodation for peace of mind. Every day, I was very comforted by the smiles of the staff who did security checks and guided cars at the door. The hotel was very clean, the interior was cute, and despite the anxieties of traveling alone, it was a very soothing space. Additionally, there was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the male staff worked very efficiently, which made me happy. However, the air conditioning was a bit too cold for the morning. The female staff at the reception sometimes had slightly scary expressions that made me anxious, but the male staff always greeted me with smiles and kindness.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was nice and did the best they could.

Disliked: Air conditioning at this hotel is very poor. Moved rooms cause it didn’t work well in my first room then on my third night the AC broke down overnight as well.

Liked: Comfortable Great location Plentyful breakfast

Disliked: Overpriced constantly being hustled outside the hotel

Liked: The hospitality and the staff were great. Food was really nice, great options available for breakfast buffet.

Disliked: Room size was decent.

Liked: This hotel is truly an oasis in Delhi at a fair price. The rooms are well‑designed, clean, and comfortable. You can enjoy meals with confidence, including ice, juices, and water. It is a very peaceful place, perfect for resting after the chaos of India. Traveling to this destination is not easy, but staying in a hotel like this completely changes the experience. The food and breakfast were excellent, and the reception service was outstanding. I rarely give a hotel 10 points, but considering my stay and how they made my time in India pleasant, it was worth every cent. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as writing my name on the television with a personalized welcome message.

Disliked: The only detail I would mention is that, for a hotel of this category, the showers do not have doors, so water splashes outside. This aspect could be improved. Apart from that, my stay was truly spectacular.

Liked: Very nice clean property. Would highly recommend.
