Disliked: Dear Sir/Madam, I was disappointed with the room I received at your hotel because it was far too small for two people. I booked a standard double room with one bed through Booking.com. According to the description on the website, the room was approximately 247 sq. ft. (23 m²). However, the actual room measured only about 3 × 2.5 metres (7.5 m²). The room had only one chair, meaning that if one person wanted to sit, the other had to sit on the bed. Furthermore, there was barely enough space for two people to move around. One person had to wait for the other to pass before moving through the room. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the room size advertised on Booking.com. The room I received did not correspond to the description provided at the time of booking. I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation regarding this discrepancy.

Liked: The location is awesome and the staff are friendly.

Disliked: The lift is very small and it’s only ONE, need to wait for some time to get in. Breakfast was not good enough specially simit was not fresh.

Location is amazing right next to metro station but not in a loud area. All staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Only downside is the room size but its ok if you are staying in the room just at bedtime.

Liked: The location is ideal, close to the metro station and to many restaurants.

Disliked: Very outdated, room was dark and so small, there wasn’t room to put luggage anywhere. The bathroom did not look clean. The ac emitted a musty moldy smell when turned on. I left after one night of a five night prepaid reservation.
