“Perfection”

We only stayed one night on arrival Into Mallorca, it was all the little things the staff did to make us feel welcome and comfortable, drink whilst checking in, talking us through the amazing and well equipped room. Breakfast was delicious buffet and cooked. To top that the location is perfect on a lovely small beach with soft sand and crystal blue water we will absolutely be back for a longer stay!

“Stunning Hotel, Amazing Views & Outstanding Stay!”

Liked: Absolutely outstanding stay! We had a panoramic-view room with a stunning view, while our kids had a beautiful beach-view room, and both were amazing. The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel is stunning, the location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything from the cleanliness to the service and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We truly loved our stay at The Donna Portals and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was outstanding and we honestly cannot think of anything negative to mention.
