Very bad experience. First time we was come and they give very bad room in basement level 0. Hotel was ok but location is not good

Liked: Just the location

Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. The furniture and facilities were old and often dirty, the bathrooms were in poor condition, and the service was disappointing. I stayed for 3–4 days in a twin room in the separate building opposite the lobby, and I also stayed in a duplex suite. The duplex suite was slightly better than the twin room, but it was still disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathrooms were very old and in poor condition, and the curtain in the duplex suite did not close properly. Both rooms were very humid and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning because the mattresses were so poor that I could clearly feel all the springs. The biggest concern was the lack of security in the building opposite the lobby, where the twin rooms were located. Since there was no reception or lobby in that building, anyone could enter, go up to the floors, and walk directly to the guest room doors. The duplex suite was also poorly equipped. Despite having four or five wardrobes, there were only three hangers available. Although the suite had a dishwasher, there were only four glasses and no cutlery at all — no spoons, forks, or knives. We called room service in the evening to request forks and knives. They promised to send them, but they never arrived.

Perfect choice considering value for money

Liked: The whole stay is luxury! It’s big! So many staff working as well. Everyone is lovely! And they give generous upgrades!

Disliked: None!
