“A Wonderful Stay at Park Hotel Hong Kong!”
I had a really wonderful stay at Park Hotel Hong Kong! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the MTR station, making it very convenient to get around Hong Kong. There are also plenty of restaurants, local food spots, and shopping areas nearby. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel upgraded my room! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient. Considering the price (around ¥30,000 for 2 nights), I think it was excellent value for money. But what impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Their hospitality really made my stay special. On my departure day, I checked out in the morning and left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned in the evening to collect my bags and take a taxi to the airport, one of the staff members kindly helped me arrange a taxi, carried my luggage, and even communicated with the driver to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated this thoughtful service! Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Great location, spacious rooms, excellent value, and above all, outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good location with lots of food options. Near to the airport bus too.

“Good location”
The room is quite old with the toilet that cannot drain the water out for both shower area and the toilet has slow water flow. Only the good point is the location that is near to Tsim sha tsui station in a walking distance.

The staff was very kind and provided attentive service in Japanese, which made me feel at ease during my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Additionally, they provided a baby bed and bed guard, making it safe for families with children. The access to the downtown area was good, and the location was excellent. The service, cleanliness, and location were all fantastic, and the cost performance was top-notch. I would definitely like to use this hotel again.

“You get what you pay for”
Nothing special about this hotel - renovated but still outdated things such as the hair dryer. There was also a lack of face towels for face washing. Otherwise, pretty good location as it was central to food and close enough to MRT lines.

The hotel room stinks. Especially the shower curtain really needs to be replaced as it stinks the whole bathroom. The room was very dusty I could even see dust around the kettle. For the price paid I feel it’s not very worthwhile. I stayed in this hotel many years back that time was still alright. This time round a bit disappointing on returning.
