The Gardens Hotel - St. Giles Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur

All and all is good for those who likes shopping and got lots of energy to brisk walk in the mall. Sadly parking is a bit hard for those whom aren’t familiar with mid valley areas. Surely u need to be at lobby first to bring your stuff and checkin. Afterwards when you need to park which is nearest to lobby entrance is only at zone B which is always full and you need to make big round turn to enter zone B parking. Surely you can park at other zone parking but are you willing to walk quite far after your long drive is need to be considered. Not to say as 5 star hotel u need to pay rm5 per day 😅. Its not the parking cost iykyk

Clean and Comfortable!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great for shopping at your door step. However, breakfast can be improved further.

I checked in to the hotel on 5th October just to discover that the toilet bowl is stained with faeces. While the customer service attends requests attentively, the overall system is kinda silly. Was granted late checkout at 2pm but room key card was blocked by 1230pm. Have to made an effort to go back to lobby just to update key card to get back to the room.

The room is newly renovated, so everything looks nice and clean. The location is superb, with direct access to The Gardens and Mid Valley Megamall 👍🏻

I will usually choose this place, very convenient. However I wish the gym can get a upgrade since it is spacious.

I choose the hotel because it’s beside the huge mall. Everything is very easy and convenient! Staff are friendly and rooms are clean!

We felt welcomed the moment we stepped in. The receptionist was friendly and informative, and the team did such a lovely job surprising us with the honeymoon setup. It was such a sweet gesture and really made our stay feel extra special. 🥹 The room was elegant, chic and honestly so well-maintained! Everything felt clean, fresh and new. I also loved how easy it was to request amenities through the QR code. Such a small thing but it makes the stay so much more convenient. Parking directions were clear and RM5 flat rate at the Premier Car Park was reasonable (although free parking would be perfect 🤭). And of course, having Mid Valley and The Gardens Mall right downstairs is a huge plus! It's already my favourite mall in KL because you can find almost anything and everything here. But I think what really says it all is that **we loved our stay so much, we booked another one right after checking out.** 🥰 Thank you to the team for making our first visit so memorable. It's the little thoughtful touches that make a place worth coming back to. Can't wait to be back! 🤍
