The Grand Imperial-Heritage Hotel

Went out with my toddler. Had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly, buffet for breakfast was amazing their bakery is a must try. Pool side evening sessions are amazing.

Beautiful property

Liked: The atmosphere inside the store was really nice. The room was clean, the massage was amazing, and the henna tattoo was really great, too. It was so relaxing and left me feeling happy.

Disliked: I came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The cake I’d ordered was brought out, but in the end, my partner and I had to light the candles ourselves. I’d been planning a surprise, but the staff asked right in front of my partner, “Would it be okay if we took the cake back to your room?” which ruined the surprise. They brought the leftover cake back to our room, but—maybe it was just my imagination—it seemed like there was a little less of it.

Really loved the maintenance and hospitality of the staff here.Highly recommend.

Good food and comfortable. They even gave us early morning breakfast upon request

Loved the heritage kept around

I stayed at Grand Imperial Agra and simply loved it. The room is quite spacious according to the value paid for it, everything was up to the mark and absolutely clean. The pool was crystal clear and I and my 10 months old loved it.

⭐️⭐️½ 2.5/5 I stayed at the Grand Imperial Heritage Hotel, Agra, for one night. This was our first time booking this hotel, and we chose it mainly because we liked the vintage/heritage theme and expected the overall experience to match the grand look of the property. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. 🚨 THE BIGGEST NEGATIVE POINT — THE WATER IS SALTY. 🚨 The water provided in the bathroom was noticeably salty. I experienced it while taking a bath, washing my hair, and even while brushing my teeth. This was honestly the worst part of our stay and a very major minus point for a hotel of this standard. One thing I would strongly recommend checking before booking is the bed arrangement. Their “double bed” is actually two separate mattresses placed together, leaving a thick gap/line in the middle, which was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable. The service was another major disappointment. You have to remind the staff two or three times for even simple requests. For example, I ordered a bottle of water, and it took almost an hour to arrive, even after I had to remind them again. The breakfast buffet was also not very impressive. The options were quite limited, and even during breakfast, I had to ask the staff multiple times for basic things. The second day’s breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The room amenities also felt outdated. The TV was very small and not up to the standard I expected from a heritage hotel of this kind. Even small things, such as the steel dustbin, made the room feel less premium. Overall, the property has a beautiful vintage concept and definitely has potential, but the service, breakfast, salty water, outdated room amenities and overall experience did not live up to our expectations. For us, it was definitely not a “wow” experience, and considering the hotel’s heritage image and expectations, I would rate our stay only 2.5/5.
